Bob Stupfel

After graduating from Marinello’s Beauty School in 1974, Bob did three months of advanced hair cutting at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, both located in San Francisco.  He spent 25 years in the City, working as a cosmetologist, when in the mid-eighties he continued his education at San Francisco State.  While studying theater arts and advanced make-up, he apprenticed at the San Francisco Opera in 1986 where he learned advanced special affects makeup, wig-making, millenary and costumer.  Bob has used his various talents in one form or another working in film, television, video and stage for about 90% of the theater companies in the Bay Area.  For two years, he worked for Expressly Portraits doing glamour makeovers for photo shoots.
